Ken & Lisa's wedding took place on a spectacular fall day in September. The day really could not have been more perfect. Beautiful autumn colours, warm sunny breezes and love dancing in the air. When we arrived, the finishing touches were being made to the bouquets, boutonnieres, and center pieces (Lisa was another DIY Queen and along with the help of her hubby-to-be, family, and friends made a lot of the decor, including a fabulous flower wall that I am sure took hours + hours + hours of time.) Once all the finishing touches were made (and the girls had their fun jumping on the bed) Lisa slipped into her dress and we left to go meet her groom at Edmonton Scottish Society. They had a beautiful outdoor ceremony complete with falling leaves, They said their "I do's" and sealed their vows with a kiss. Once they had been congratulated by family and friends, we whisked them away for bridal portraits. After a pit stop at The White Spot for milkshakes (the backdrop for K&L's FIRST DATE!!!) we headed back to the ESS for a delicious meal, heartfelt speeches, and of course, dancing!
Congratulations Ken & Lisa, we could not be happier for the two of you! We wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, and delicious milkshakes!
