It never ceases to amaze me how lucky we are to have such fun and awesome people come into our lives. When we first met Kelsey & Chris we left feeling like we had just hung out with good friends. We had spent the last hour laughing, talking about mutual interests, and of course, the details of their special day. One of my favourite things about being a wedding photographer is all the people we get to meet and the relationships that are created. We have gained many friends because of this crazy photography journey and we are grateful that we have this opportunity to meet so many cool, fun, and just generally awesome people.
Kelsey and Chris opted for a first look. Once they were ready we met up at the Muttart Conservatory and let the magic happen. We spent some time exploring the gardens there, enjoying the beautiful fall day, and each other's company. Kelsey & Chris had decided to not have a bridal party which meant more time for us to capture just the two of them.
Next it was off to the Bonnie Doon Community Hall for their ceremony and reception. The evening was full of joyous reunions, arm-wrestling, and dancing! The whole day could not have been more perfect.
Congratulations Kelsey & Chris! We wish you a lifetime of joy, love, and happiness! Thank you for welcoming us into your lives and for being awesome!
